Mobilise is a digital platform that allows wind farm operators to enter into contracts with Wind Turbine Technicians of various specialties to work on either installing or maintaining wind turbines. The app had an existing design, but users have reported difficulties in understanding all of the features, the state of their account, and why they weren't getting opportunities.

The client noticed that job seekers were frustrated with the job search process, which was time-consuming and ineffective. They created Mobilise to ease this process. After releasing a first version, it was noticed that users had difficulties using the app regularly.

Our Approach
Methodology
We conducted user research to understand the pain points of job seekers in their job search process. The research included surveys, user interviews, and usability testing of existing job board apps. The research showed that job seekers wanted an app that would provide them with relevant job recommendations, allow them to easily apply to jobs with a single click, and provide them with a personalized dashboard to keep track of their job search progress.

The app provided job seekers with personalized job recommendations based on their skills and work history. It also provided a one-click apply option, which allowed users to easily apply to jobs without having to fill out long forms. The app also included a personalized dashboard where users could keep track of their job search progress and receive notifications about new job opportunities.
